As a coach, my philosophy is built around development, tactical understanding,
and individual growth both on and off the pitch.
Here is what you can expect when you join our squad:
● Qualified Coaching: UEFA Qualified Coach holding the FA National
Goalkeeping Award.
● Cognitive & Off-Pitch Learning: I regularly publish custom tactical
and situational quizzes linked to our training blocks. This helps boost
cognitive development, tests information retention, and ensures we fix
repeated mistakes as a team.
● Individual Focus & Feedback: At the end of every season, each player
receives a comprehensive FA Four Corners Review covering:
• Technical / Tactical: Game understanding and execution.
• Physical: Movement, stamina, and agility.
• Psychological: Confidence, focus, and decision-making.
• Social: Teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship.
Negatives are always framed into clear, positive developmental goals so
both players and parents can track progress clearly over time.
