EK ELITES, we have a simple philosophy:

WE COACH — WE DON’T POACH. ⚽

We don’t believe in only picking the strongest players and leaving everyone
else behind. We believe a good coach should have the confidence and ability to
develop every child, whatever their starting level.

Some of our players may have been playing for years. Some may have hardly
played at all.

That doesn’t matter to us.

We want every child to have a fair opportunity to play the sport they know
and love, develop their confidence, improve their ability and, most
importantly, enjoy football.

We work with them, coach them and help them find their strengths. Our aim
isn’t just to create footballers — it’s to help create confident, talented
young people with positive opportunities for their future.

We’re a Community Interest Company (CIC) and a charity-focused organisation
working across Warrington to help young people access sport, opportunities,
development and pathways towards employment.

We believe football can be the beginning of something much bigger.
