Max Players – 5v5 =10, 7v7 =12, 9v9=14
Prices -5v5 = £40, 7v7 = £45 , 9v9 = £50
Team registration sheet to be handed in on the day, this will be e-mailed over or there will be forms that can be filled in at the club.
Places not reserved until payment received. Link to our payment app will be sent to the e-mail address entered on this completed form once submitted and acknowledged, refunds will not be given for any that pull out unless this is done with reasonable time for a replacement team to be found.
